5.3 Delays or failures to comply due to force majeure or events beyond control will not give rise to liability.

Before confirming the order (“Confirm Order”), Customers will be informed that submission implies payment obligation and will be invited to review these General Conditions and Privacy Policy. Before submission, customers may modify their data and order; final orders appear under “My Orders.”
By submitting the order, the Customer confirms full acceptance of these Conditions. For PayPal payments, instructions will follow accordingly.

An order confirmation email will be sent containing a PDF copy of the General Conditions and summary details. Payment must follow as instructed.

5.5 Delivery times are indicative. No prior delivery notice is provided. In case of absence, the Carrier will attempt redelivery or contact the Customer within 24 hours. Failure to deliver after two attempts will result in order cancellation.
