Gianluca

A pastry chef by passion, Gianluca has always preferred pans, ladles, and whisks as his favorite childhood toys. His love for music led him to become a master violinist, earning his degree at the Niccolò Piccinni Conservatory in Bari. At the same time, he attended and graduated in pastry and gastronomy.
 

His impressive training has earned him several awards, starting with a first-place finish at a school competition. At Sigep in Rimini in 2018, he was named Best Emerging National Gelato Maker and later won Young Entrepreneur of the South.
 

Driven by a desire to learn and discover, during the lockdown period, he joined the prestigious Aromacademy, the Academy of High Pastry. Initially, Gianluca attended as a student and later collaborated with Master Davide Malizia.

Continuous training, competitions, experimentation, and study allow Gianluca to make the most of his know-how, presenting both classic Apulian products and innovative takes on modern and French pastry. He continues to collect awards, including one of the most prestigious: National Chocolate Champion at the Belcolade competition in 2023
